Cairngorm building services undertook this project which included replacing windows and doors both internal and external, new flooring, new kitchen, utility room, bathroom and shower room, replacing sofits and fascia with uPVC, and a new heating and hot water system.

Kevin Irvine’s project management was superb with great attention to detail. All the work was of an extremely high standard, completed in the anticipated timescale and despite the size of the project the work was completed with minimal mess and disruption.

In the Summer and Autumn of 2014, Cairngorm Building services worked in a sub-contractor role, to erect a timberframe kit school extension on behalf of Deeside Timberframe Ltd Stonehaven(Part of the Bancon Group). The main contractor(Dixon Contracts), approached Deeside to provide and erect, a complex, bespoke timberframe incorporating, cls kit, steel and exposed glulam structures, ultimately tying into an existing building.

As the client of the contract was Morayshire Council, and the building would have to be built to adhered legislation based on building during school term, it was important to Deeside that we used a sub-contractor who would ultimately portray the recognized UKTFA standard of build quality and customer care. CBS, managed on site by Director Mr Kevin Irvine gave me the complete sub-contractor package, that is so important when working to tight timescales, and an ethos of expected high quality build.  CBS are a company that DTL will work with on future contracts, which enhances the quality of service provided to all of our clients. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a company who will provide you with a concise, timeous, quality and customer friendly service.
